Pouring hot chocolate in molds / Forme de ciocolata


 


I tried my hands on pouring hot chocolate in some molds and this is what I got. I tried a large one - the horse - which took two bars of chocolate and a small heart with more intricate design.

Things I have learned:

1. Once finished it should be kept in the fridge if you are using for a party or nicely packed if you want to sell  or gift. Don't keep it at the rooms temperature or it will melt and have unsightly marks.

2. Quickly wrap it or it will have fingerprints all over. If you want to wipe them off it will look badly as it will lose the shine.

3. Be careful as when you handle the bar it will melt from the warmth of your hands so hurry.

4. Plus if you leave it in the open air too much it will whiten.

5. And one last thing: taking pictures is quite a problem as it reflects light. 

All in all I'm happy with my experiment and I think you can make beautiful gifts for your close ones as you can pour the chocolate in so many shapes. And ... you can always reuse the chocolate if something went badly.

So probably all my gifts from now on will be chocolate as it is SOOOOO easy and cheap and beautiful.

Am incercat sa fac forme din ciocolata si acesta e rezultatul. Am incercat un cal, in care a intrat doua ciocolate, si o inima, cu un design mai complicat.

Ce am invatat:

1. Odata terminat trebuie tinut la frigider sau impachetat. Nu lasa la temperatura camerei caci se va topi.

2. Impacheteaza-l repede sau va avea amprente peste tot. Dava vei incerca sa stergi amprentele va fi mai rau si in plus isi va pierde luciul.

3. Mare atentie caci manevand cu mana goala se va topi de la caldura mainii.

4. Daca lasi prea mult in aer liber se va albi.

5. Inca un lucru: pozele vor ridica o problema pentru ca ciocolata reflecta lumina.

Dar sunt fericita cu experimentul meu si cred ca se pot face cadouri frumoase din ciocolata. Si.. intotdeauna poti refolosi ciocolata daca a mers ceva prost.

Daca ma gandesc bine cred ca toate cadourile mele de acum incolo vor fi ciocolata pentru ca este foarte usor de facut, ieftin si arata frumos si deosebit.
