White, hot pink and blue 'cake' / Tort alb, roz si albastru

This is a special order for F. She is planning a sweets table and asked me to make a special 'cake' for her in white with hot pink and bright blue flowers. I just love the combination. I just couldn't stop from making photos. Since there are 7 tiers in this cake it is very easy to arrange them in many ways.

Acest 'tort' este o comanda speciala pentru F. Ea planifica o masa de dulciuri si mi-a cerut sa-i fac un 'tort' mai special in alb cu flori intense de roz si albastru. Imi place combinatia la nebunie. Pur si simplu nu m-am putut opri din facutul pozelor. Pentru ca 'tortul' are 7 etaje poate fi aranjat in multe feluri.

Flower cone hearts / Conuri inima

 And I had a mini photo shoot with these heart shaped cones. Aren't they sweet? This time I only used them as flower vases. (no water, of course)

 Si am avut o mica sedinta foto cu aceste conuri in forma de inima. Sunt frumoase, nu? De data aceasta le-am folosit ca si vaze pentru flori. (fara apa, binenteles)

Paper cake decor / Decor cu tort din hartie

I am playing with paper flowers for my best friend's wedding. And looking at them I thought I have to do a mini photo shoot. I just finished them and I am very proud of myself. What I did: just hang some paper flowers on a painted white branch and adorned two paper cakes - favor boxes - with some jewelry, clip on earrings and paper flowers. 

Tot fac flori din hartie pentru nunta prietenei mele. Si uitandu-ma la ele m-am gandit ca trebuie sa fac o mica sedinta foto. Tocmai ce am terminat si sunt foarte mandra de ce a iesit. Ce am facut: am agatat cateva flori din hartie pe o creanga vopsita in alb si am impodobit doua torturi din hartie cu niste bijuterii si flori din hartie.

24 Advent calendar boxes / 24 Cutii de Advent

 

Here is another advent calendar for children, this time the boxes are larger than the mini set, with flowers and already stamped. 

I think the mini set is more suitable for little children as you don't want them eating too many sweets. So you can fill each box with one, two or three sweets (one biscuit, two candies etc). These boxes are larger so you can put more sweets in them, therefore suitable for older children.

Am facut si cutii mai mari decat cutiile mini de ieri, de data aceasta cu flori si stampilate.

Cred ca mini cutiile sunt mai potrivite pentru copiii mai mici, pentru ca nu mananca prea multe dulciuri. Asa ca se poate pune cate un biscuite sau 2-3 bomboane. Cutiile acestea fiind mai mari se pot pune mai multe dulciuri intr-o singura cutie.

Custom paper wedding cakes - favor boxes

I love paper cakes. What I would love more than ever is to make custom ones. My idea is very simple. Every bride has a 2,3,4....10-tiered wedding cake. What I want to do is take that cake and transform it into favor boxes - a replica of  the weeding cake - only in paper card.What you see is my first cake. The first picture is my inspirational cake. So, I hand-painted, hand-stamped and glued flower punches.
