Paper cakes!!! I would love to make a special paper cake for somebody for a special occasion. Something special, something different. Maybe one day!

  We went to the Black Sea last month, 2 days in Vama Veche (The old custom border) and 2 days in Mangalia. In Mangalia we surfed the coach of a couple. When my hubby showed me their profile I had the impression that I was reading about ourselves. We had a lovely time with them. She is in the arts and crafts as well so we had lots to talk about. I found these gorgeous kind of tree fruit so I made a wreath for them. I must say that I love the way they turned out.  She showed me lots of her handmade earrings. Beautiful.When we left she gave me this pair of beautiful blue earrings. As she guessed they were my favourite. We had a great time with them and we'd love to see them again. Thank you for having us in your home O and A.

These are some wild flowers  wreaths that I've done this autumn. The wild flowers are everywhere and they are so easy to make. And they look so lovely.

Acestea sunt coronite din flori salbatice pe care le-am facut asta toamna. Florile de camp sunt peste tot si coronitele sunt asa de usor de facut! Si arata asa de frumos!

And this is my last example.  And this one also sold. So, sometimes too simple is just too simple, and other times simple is perfect. I guess it depends on what you want and what you want to do with it. And, of course, it is also the money problem: if it is more complicated (therefore more materials used and more work) then it is more expensive. My advice: play with it all cause you' ll never know.

Si iata ultimul meu exemplu. Si tortul acesta s-a vandut. Asa ca uneori prea simplu e pur si simplu prea simplu, iar alta data e perfect simplu. A, si mai e deasemeanea problema banilor: daca e mai complicat (prin urmare sunt folosite mai multe materiale si mai multa munca), atunci e mai scump. Sfatul meu: joaca-te ca nu stii niciodata ce iese.

 Here is another example of how I went to one stage to another until somebody liked it and bought it. I must say that photos are soooo important. The light is the most important one. I have many of my photos taken with my telephone camera and I am pleased with them because the light is great. Anyway, my idea is that you never know what sells, so keep on trying till you do.

Iata un alt exemplu. Se vad etapele pe care le-am facut pana cand unei persoane i-au placut si le-a cumparat. Trebuie sa mentionez cat de importante sunt pozele. Cea mai importanta e lumina. Multe din pozele mele sunt facute cu telefonul si imi place cum au iesit pentru ca lumina e buna. Oricum, ideea e ca nu stii niciodata ce se vinde, ce ii place omului, asa ca trebuie sa tot incerci.

I made these white paper cake boxes with red bows and ribbons and didnt sell. I liked it but it didnt sell. Then I gave it a make over: I added gorgeous pink self adhesive heart shaped diamonds to it and lots and lots of  pink drops. Now it looked great. To my disappointment, it didnt sell either. I'll give 2 more examples. Please read further.

Am facut cutiile astea din carton alb si fonta rosie. Nu le-am vandut. Mi-au placut dar nu s-au vandut. Apoi am regandit totul: am adaugat niste inimi superbe roz si multe picaturi roz pe cutii. Acum aratau super. Spre dezamagirea mea, nu s-au vandut nici acum. O sa mai dau 2 exemple. Cititi mai departe.

 And here are my last ones. I have not done too many. I guess they are not too beautiful because I did not sell many. Only one. It means I have to improve myself. No bother. I've got some ideas.

Si iata si ultimele pe care le-am facut. Nu am facut prea multe. Banuiesc ca nu sunt prea frumoase pentru ca nu am vandut decat unu. Se pare ca trebuie sa ma mai gandesc si la alte modele. :p

 Some more handmade ribbon necklaces.
With the brown one I used some gorgeous buttons. The red one is with white pearls and clear stones. The purple one is with white pearls. The creamy one is one of my favourite. Here I have done some recycling: I have used 2 petals from some silk flower that I did not use anymore and then I added the pearl beads. I really love it and it looks great on the skin.

La cel maro am folosit niste nasturi frumosi. La cel rosu am cusut perle albe si pietre transparente. La cel mov am folosit perle. Cel  care e mai portocaliu e mai special. Am reciclat o floare artificiala. Am luat 2 petale de la ea si iata ce a iesit. E unul din preferatele mele si arata super pe piele.
